1. Return Window
You may request a return within 90 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility
Eligible returns are free of charge within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused or in like-new condition, in its original packaging, and include all essential parts and accessories.
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable; items damaged by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, or modification; and items returned with missing essential parts or accessories not caused by our error.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number, photos or a short video of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
